The brief
What they needed
LAPO Microfinance Bank runs its banking technology across dozens of source repositories and a growing programme of digital work. It needed a clearer way to plan and report projects, and an outside view of how its technology team builds, reviews and ships software.
The work
What we did
Pulse Ventures worked on two workstreams over a 12-week Evaluation Period. The first built project office tooling, templates and governance. The second reviewed the technology team and how it delivers software by reading the source code of 28 repositories. Progress went to LAPO in written status updates every fortnight, with hours reconciled to a timesheet.
