The brief
What they needed
Execution Capital runs a public landing site, a member app and an admin app on a shared React component library, backed by its own Java API. Its product owner writes the tickets; Pulse Ventures’ founder works inside the team as a frontend engineer and delivers them.
The work
What we did
Embedded in Execution Capital’s monorepo (pnpm and Turborepo, Next.js, a shared UI package, a generated TypeScript SDK for its API, Payload CMS, Storybook, Playwright and Jest), working card by card with the product owner and the backend engineer. More than 120 pull requests merged since June 2026.
